Business, AI & Our Part in Ireland's Ecosystem
One of the things we care about most is making sure businesses aren't left behind by AI. That means demystifying it: what it can do today, where it falls short, and how to get a first taste without a huge upfront investment.
We're part of loads of business organisations and participate in events and initiatives across Ireland. From DLR to Skillnets, chambers of commerce to sector groups - we show up to run sessions, share practical advice, and connect with leaders who are thinking about AI for the first time.
Our work with Skillnet Ireland and individual Skillnets is a big part of that story. Subsidised, sector-relevant training means firms can experiment without betting the farm. We design sessions around real documents and real workflows - not abstract toy problems - so attendees leave with something they can use on Monday.
We also spend time with voluntary and public-sector adjacent networks where procurement and governance move slowly. The pitch there isn't 'move fast and break things'; it's map your obligations first, then introduce automation where risk is understood and owners are named.
Getting a 'first taste' often starts with a single workshop or a strategy call. Once teams see what's possible with the tools they already have, the conversation shifts from 'should we?' to 'where do we start?'. That's the transition we're here to support.
