By accessing or using Nomad AI's services, website, or participating in our events and competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Nomad AI provides AI training, consulting, and community services, including:

• AI training programs for businesses and individuals
• AI implementation consulting and strategy
• Custom AI solutions development
• Enterprise software automation
• AI competitions with prize pools
• Community events and networking

Competition Terms

For participants in Nomad AI competitions:

• Prizes are paid via bank transfer within 14 days of announcement
• Plagiarised or non-original work results in immediate disqualification
• At least one team member must attend the final presentation in person
• Judges' decisions are final
• Nomad AI reserves rights to showcase winning projects

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Behave professionally at events and in communications

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Nomad AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Competition participants retain ownership of their submissions, but grant Nomad AI a licence to showcase and promote winning entries.

Limitation of Liability

Nomad AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated revision date.
